I could play this all day - no, really. I think less was more here, and the simple mix is what makes this cover work (in my humble opinion). I may not have had the best camera for the job, but I'm glad that I went for it reguardless.

Thee oh sees: tidal wave

I would describe this song as fun with a complimentary chill essence. Sure, it's one groove all the way through - I could pretty much just switch on the autopilot - but it works so well! The mix also turned out quite crispy; can't argue with that.

Muse: Dead Star

Such an energetic piece and one of my favourites to perform. I feel like this one really suits my playing style with Dominic Howard (Muse's drummer) being an inspiration of mine. I think I might have actually eeked out a smile there, if you look closely enough.

Soundgarden: Black days

Very satisfying to perform, plus a nice challenge; getting the right feel was tricky and I can still see areas that I could improve upon in future. Overall though, I'm pleased with how this one turned out.
